MONTHLY GENERAL MEETING MINUTES
Date: May 6, 2019
The meeting was opened at 7:15 pm with Robert Casey presiding. Opening ceremonies were conducted.
Roll Call
There was a total of 11 members present. Our membership has now increased to eighteen members. James Flack Jr. and Larry Caplinger joined this month.
Meeting Minutes:
The minutes from the April 1st were read and accepted as read.
Financial Report for March:
Beginning Balance: $706.16
Total Income: $146.00
Total Debit: $59.75
Ending Balance: $792.41
Old Business:
Discussion on the Memorial Day Ceremonies were held, and Larry Caplinger Jr. will be heading the arrangements. They will be held by the CH at 10:00 am on Monday May 27th. We have been told that all activity for Memorial Day has to be held outside so we will not interfere with Monday Penny Bingo. All activities will be held outside the pool area and bring your own chair. Refreshments and cake will be provided inside the pool area.
The Flag Day ceremony is being worked on and will be headed by Harry Dunlap. It will be held at the Flag Poll outside of the indoor pool by the CH at 10:00 am on Friday June 14th. Bring your own chair and cool refreshments will be provided.

James Flack won the 50/50 drawing. The next will be on Monday June 3rd at 7:00 pm in the main room of the AC.
The meeting was closed at 8:30 pm.
