MONTHLY GENERAL MEETING MINUTES
Date: February 1, 2021
The meeting was opened at 7:05 pm with President Robert Casey presiding. Opening ceremonies were conducted.
Roll Call
All officers were present. A total of 7 members were present. We have one new member, Neal Miller.
Meeting Minutes:
The minutes of the January meeting were read. A motion to accept as read was given by Ken Bells and second by Ken Windisch. The motion was passed by a vote of the members present.
Financial Report:
Being Balance $946.64
Debit $100.00 (Benevolent Fund)
Income $56.50 (Dues and 50/50 drawing)
Old Business:
We have not visited the Am Vets Post 44 to look at the wheelchairs. No action has been taken at this time on this project.
We feel that it is not the right time to have a 50/50 Raffle in the park at this time.
The members have decided that there will be a dinner outing in April at an outside venue. The time and place will be determined at the next meeting.
New Business:
The yearly dues are now due, and another 3 members present paid theirs.
Neal Miller has volunteered to be our next Chaplin. He will be come the third Officer of the Club.
Closing:
John Ziarno won the 50/50 drawing and donated it back to the Group. The total 50/50 drawing was $17.00. A motion to adjourn was given by Don Gugel and seconded by Ken Windisch. The meeting was adjourned at 8:05 pm.
The next meeting will be on Monday, March 1, 2021, at 7:00 pm in the main room of the AC.
