MONTHLY GENERAL MEETING MINUTES
Date: November 2, 2020
The meeting was opened at 7:02 pm with President Robert Casey presiding. Opening ceremonies were conducted.
Roll Call
All officers were present. A total of 9 members were present and 2 guests.
Meeting Minutes:
The minutes of the October meeting were read. A motion to accept as read was given by Larry Caplinger and second by Paul Kendall. The motion was passed by a vote of the members present.
Financial Report:
Being Balance $531.64
Income $147.00 (Dues and 50/50 drawing)
Old Business:
Dinner for the Ladies will be held on our regular April meeting night, April 6, 2021. We will have a picnic potluck type event that will start at 6:00 pm in the AC.
Larry Caplinger and Ken Windisch will handle the Veterans Day Program for Wednesday, November 11 at the CH. It will be held outside of the pool area. Bring your lawn chair and BYOB. Six Park Veterans have passed away since last Veterans Day and will be honored at this Veterans Day Program. Russ Wuerth, Charles Kashavsky, James Gaudy, Marty Sullivan, Harry Dunlap and Raliegh Towns. The program will start at 9:00 am but members should be there at 8:15 am for setup.
New Business:
There will be no Thanksgiving party and the X-Mas party will be discussed at the next meeting.
Closing:
Larry Caplinger won the 50/50 drawing and donated it back to the Group. The total 50/50 drawing was $42.00. A motion to adjourn was given by Ken Windisch and seconded by Larry Caplinger. The meeting was adjourned at 7:42 pm.
The next meeting will be on Monday, December 7, 2020, at 7:00 pm in the main room of the AC.
