MONTHLY GENERAL MEETING MINUTES
Date: October 5, 2020
The meeting was opened at 7:00 pm with President Robert Casey presiding. Opening ceremonies were conducted.
Roll Call
All officers were present. A total of 8 members were present.
Meeting Minutes:
The minutes of the March meeting were read and accepted as read.
Financial Report:
Beginning Balance $531.64
No activity
Ending Balance $531.64
Old Business:
Membership is dropping due to members leaving the area or passing away. We now have 16 members. Dinner for the Ladies will be held on our regular April meeting night, April 5, 2021. We will have a picnic potluck type event that will start at 6:00 pm in the AC.
New Business:
Larry Caplinger and Ken Windisch will handle the Veterans Day Program for Wednesday, November 11, at the CH. It will be held outside of the pool area. Bring your lawn chain and BYOB. Seven Park Veterans have passed away since last Veterans Day and will be honored at this Veterans Day Program. Russ Wuerth, Charles Kashavsky, Allon Gentry, Marty Sullivan, Harry Dunlap and Raliegh Towns.
Closing:
Tony Magerowski won the 50/50 drawing and donated it back to the Group. The total 50/50 drawing was $30.00. A motion to adjourn was given by Ken Windisch and seconded by Paul Kendall. The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 pm.
The next meeting will be on Monday, November 2, 2020, at 7:00 pm in the main room of the AC.
