MONTHLY GENERAL MEETING MINUTES
Date: March 2, 2020
The meeting was opened at 7:00 pm with President Robert Casey presiding. Opening ceremonies were conducted.
Roll Call
All officers were present. A total of 14 members were present.
Meeting Minutes:
The minutes of the February meeting were read and accepted as read.
Financial Report:
Beginning Balance $548.89

Old Business:
Larry Caplinger has arrangements set up for the Memorial Day ceremonies. It will start outside the CH by the flagpole at 8:00 am and then move into the CH. The indoor ceremonies will start at 9:00 am.
New Business:
Due to various reasons, we now have 18 active members.
The Dinner for the Ladies will be held on our regular April meeting night, April 6th. We will have a picnic potluck type event that will start at 6:00 pm in the AC.
Larry Caplinger will handle the Toppings article from now on.
Closing:
Dave Phillips won the 50/50 drawing and donated it back to the Group. The total 50/50 drawing was $62.00. A motion to adjourn was given by Ken Windisch and seconded by Larry Caplinger. The meeting was adjourned at 7:55 pm.
The next meeting will be on Monday, April 6, 2020, at 6:00 pm in the main room of the AC.
